After finishing my apprenticeship as a Media Designer in Digital and Print i caught up on my A Levels (Abitur) to escape the ever repeating tasks of updating the menus of rural Inns and rebranding old-establied firms.
With a solid understanding of my craft and a big motivation to reach higher i started Studying Media Deisgn to re-evaluate and improve upon my skillset as well as using the newly won sparetime to work on my own projects.
One of those projects was to learn a new Software after getting bored from working with the Adobe suite since over 6 or 7 Years at that time. After rendering some Skulls and Astronauts in Cinema4D, things took over pretty quickly. During my mandatory internship at Invisible Room, I made the switch to blender and learned more about 3D than I could have ever imagined.
This I where my love for 3D was born, along with my appreciation for all the aspects (especially the aesthetic ones though) of Games and how they are created, which brings me right here.
After trying to squeeze as much 3D into the remaining time of my Bachelor Studies, I worked on a lot of spare time projects to learn new 3D Skills as well as giving some Blender and Unity Workshops at my University.
I made an Internship in a small Family-Sized experience and Gamedesign Company in Berlin. We Focused primarily on VR and Assistive Training Applications. This is where I learned first about the professional 3D workflow, containing modeling Assets, UV-Unwrapping, Texture Painting aswell as working with Unity.
